If you don't, but believe in science, you'll choose your own app to monitor progress. If you have neither there's a good chance you're training for health not performance.
Some apps offer public sharing features which are great for friends, followers and even suspicious trolls to learn from or track you. Some can replace a coach by using data to feedback on your set goals according to weight, HR, mood etc.
The coach operates best in conjunction with an app, but not everyone can afford that. Which app did you find easiest to operate and moist useful in training feedback?
