When will we start racing outdoors again?

The team at Cape Town Marathon are introducing some innovative, high tech virtual racing innovations which we're looking forward to on 18 Oct. Seems like level 1 is around the corner so perhaps we'll have social distance protocol races back on the cards by month end?
