Now that winter is settling in here in Cape Town I'm spending a little more time on my Tacx Flux and I'm loving it. The direct drive makes switching between indoor & outdoor rides a breeze without having to worry about those pesky training tires.

The connectivity is great and links up with Zwift/Rouvy/Tacx Apps immediately meaning I can just plug it in and start spinning. It's never taken more than a couple seconds between starting the app and riding. Pairing it with the new gamified tech out there makes indoor training bearable compared to a good old spin bike.

There are a few cases of the Flux's drive giving up after a few hard sessions so make sure you get a few big rides in during the warranty so if anything happens they'll just send you a new one! I've had no issues at all after about a year, touch wood.
